At IBM's Alphaworks site they offer a tool for web designers which simulates how a vision impaired person would see their site. I think it's a great way to check how you're doing on the accessibility stakes and am yet to try it, but I thought I'd pass it on in case anyone was interested in testing it out.

You're very welcome, Mickie. It made me wonder actually, does anyone know if there's some kind of legal minimum requirement/web standard a website should pass in terms of accessibility?

Or is it instead something we as webmasters should strive to take into consideration but not mandatory?

I'm just curious.
