Custom CMS allows client to maintain internet art galleryOne of our customers, www.georgebellows.com, holds all artwork from the estate of the late renown artist, George Wesley Bellows. This customer needed a website that could quickly be modified to reflect his ever changing inventory of artwork. To meet our customer's needs, Slingshot SEO designed a content management system that allows for the easy addition and removal of artwork from the website. After logging into the website's administrative section, this customer is given the option to add a piece of artwork. Text fields are displayed for all relevant information related to the piece, and a section for uploading the associated image is displayed. Once the relevant information is given, our customer pushes the "add artwork" button. Next, the content management system automatically resizes the provided image, adds a watermark to it, and then automatically creates an entire new webpage related to the artwork. |
